Students of Forest Engineering Division of our Faculty had their first practical lesson of “Introduction to Forest Engineering” course in Çankırı Forest Enterprise Directorate under the guidance of Assist. Prof.Dr. Bora İMAL. One of our faculty members, Assoc. Dr. Ender BUĞDAY has joined too.
In the practice lesson, firstly Çankırı Forest Enterprise Directorate were visited and its works were introduced. Then, Forest Chiefs were visited in their offices and some information were given about technical characteristics of water-tender and first forest fire responder vehicles in the Forest Enterprise Garden.
In the first step of the practice, one day of a Forest Engineer in the field demonstrated with some forestry applications in Yapraklı forest region.
Our practice lessons will continue without slowing down.
