Forest Entomology and Protection
Forest Entomology and Protection department is one of nine divisions in the Faculty of Forestry.
Main areas of the department are forest entomology, forest phytopathology, forest protection and wildlife. The department makes research studies on insects and fungi, prevention of insect/fungus damage, forest fires, wildlife animals etc.
Department has a "Forest Protection" laboratory for identification and storage of various insect and fungus species from research protects.

Forest Entomology and Protection department is active since 1996-1997 academic year for undergraduate students and also active since 2002 for graduate students.
