It has been determined that a significant portion of the applications made to the Public Ombudsman Institution, affiliated with the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, relate to education and training issues, and that applications concerning private schools have also increased in recent times. Consequently, the Institution has decided to prepare a special report on the problems of education and training in Turkey.
In order to gather data for this report, the Public Ombudsman Institution has launched a survey for parents to determine the extent to which equal opportunities are provided in education and teaching processes in Turkey and to ascertain parents` experiences and observations regarding the education system.
The participation of all parents in this survey is of great importance in order to accurately identify problem areas in the education system and develop solutions.
In this context, the participation of our students` parents, our staff who are parents, our students who are parents themselves, and all stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the education process is extremely valuable in terms of the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the report to be prepared.
